COMMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ! (PLEASE READ!)

Payment- All of my commissions are done through Ko-fi, you do not need an account to be able to pay me through the website.I will either take the payment in full upfront or accept half upfront and the rest once the commission is done. If you would like to do this, use the “Buy Anijou a Ko-fi” feature. You can send me half of the money upfront with a message saying “ ½ payment for [insert your name or commission name], then once it is done send another payment through the same feature with a similar message.

You can reach me through my email, DM me on social media (tumblr, reddit, bluesky, or Cara), or message me through Ko-fi. I find that it is easiest to discuss the commission outside of Ko-fi as there is limited messaging within the website. 

Conditions:

• My art is NOT to be commercialized or used as NFTs/any art project involving cryptocurrency. My art is not to be used at all in relation to AI training/image generation. If you use my art as a profile picture please credit me!

• I will not draw NSFW, fetish art,mechas, or any subject related to bigotry (racism, homophobia, transphobia,etc…). If I am uncomfortable with drawing something I will be upfront in mentioning my preferences. I reserve the right to refuse to draw anything that I do not want to. The commission will not be started until the subject is agreed upon

• I am open to most other subjects which includes but is not limited to: furries, light gore, fanart, and original characters. I primarily work with character design and illustration but if you are willing to trust me to draw something outside of my scope I will try my best!

• NO REFUNDS once the sketch is started and the first payment has been made. 

• As stated within the conditions within my Ko-fi page, complicated backgrounds will result in additional payments. These details will be discussed throughout the commission process. 

• Please be patient, I finish commissions as soon as possible but I can not guarantee a specific time frame in which they are done. I try not to give promises on when I am able to finish a drawing as the timeline will be subjective (depending on the complexity of the drawing, how busy I am, how many other projects I am working on, etc…). Instead, I give consistent updates as to the progress of your piece! I will message you as often as possible and let you know when I am about to complete your commission. Typically I can complete things within a 1-2 week time frame but sometimes life gets in the way and as mentioned above the timeline depends on multiple factors. If you need a piece to be completed by a certain time please be upfront so that I can discuss whether or not your desired deadline will be possible! 

• Modifications are welcomed within the sketch phase. Please make sure you are certain about approving the sketch I provide to be inked and colored. Once I begin the lineart process little to no modifications will be available to be made. 

What does the process look like? 

• Reach out to me and we can discuss what you would like me to draw along with pricing for your piece.During this process please send as many references as you would like! Especially if you are asking me to draw an original character. 

• Once you come to a decision on what you would like,and we agree on the price  payment for the commission is expected in full or ½ of the final price.

• I will begin by doing sketches and sending them to you for feedback/direction. 

• Once you approve a sketch for me to complete I will then go on to do the lineart and/or the coloring. 

• Throughout these final stages I will reach out for direction/to give updates. I try to reach out as often as possible. 

• Once the commission is completed you can let me know the best way to send it to you and I will do so once the final payment has been made.
